The USS Enterprise is one of the all time most famous ships. She served throughout the second world war and saw more action than any other ship. She was off Hawaii on December 7th, and fought her way across the Pacific, at times serving as the only US Navy carrier in the Pacific. She survived many battles and sadly was not preserved after the war.

It's about time that we have a 1/350 USS Enterprise CV-6 in plastic. This kit is long overdue, and it looks like the new Cyber-Models kit has tons of potential. The kit will be offered in her 1944-45 fit. The test shot assembled by Pierre Marchal is shown in waterline style, but a separate lower hull is included. A full airwing will be included but was not available for these photos.

The details are very fine and rival those available now from L'Arsenal. Fine photo etch, and CNC turned barrels are provided. Retail is expected to be $350.00 but for a limited time you can preorder yours for $299.95 from Cyber-Models.

April Fools!
