The guns are mounted in pairs and with a gun sight mounted in left and right assemblies. The guns appear very accurate in spite of their flat appearance. The shields designed to be folded around the mount. Fold lines would have been helpful here. The shields can be left off if as not all quad gun mounts used them. The gun base is also very well done with fold lines included here. The back rails are attached so those of us who are photo etch challenged don't have to spend as much time ungluing our fingers from the fret.
Additional detail shots of the photo etch fret.
The instructions show the assembly step by step and they are pretty straightforward and easy to follow. They show how the completed mount should appear.

As a former sheet metal worker I can really appreciate the thought that went into this new set. It is well design and looks like something a photo etch beginner should be able to manage. This is set #700006 soon to be available at your favorite ship model vendors. I have many more FlyHawk sets that I will be posting in the near future.
