| If you build 1/350 ships you know that they can always be improved with photo etched accessories. Kits such as the Tamiya Missouri are pretty nice but the injection molding process can not replicate details such as these doors and hatches. This set includes several different styles of US Navy hatches and doors. They are relief etched to give them a 3D appearance and will really make your ship stand out. There are enough doors and hatches to detail several ships. The turrets side and top hatches are a nice addition not typically found on most sets. This is a commonly overlooked detail that really should be added. |
