THE FRET
There are two frets included in this set, each with a variety of different styles and shapes of netting.  There are nets designed for both small and large carriers, though I know of no "small" IJN carriers currently available in 1/350 scale.   The nets have relief etching and nice detail.

INSTRUCTIONS
The instructions are in color, and take up one side of a 8x6 piece of paper.   There are drawings showing examples of where to place the nets, on what appears to be a drawing of Akagi.   You'll need to consult references for correct placement on the ship you are building.
CONCLUSIONS
There are very nicely etched, and should help those modelers wishing to super-detail their IJN carriers, if you aren't using one of the super sets. This is Alliance ModelWorks set NW35069, IJN Aircraft Carrier Safety Nets.  The set retails for $24.00, and is available from many of our sponsors. Thanks to Alliance ModelWorks for the review sample.   Recommended.
