Infini Models has sent along some various items for us to review.  Among them are set IMP-35003R1, Inclined Ladder Set C (Royal Navy).  The set contains over 120 photo-etch ladders for Royal Navy ships, in three different widths and multiple heights.

THE FRET
The set consists of one photo-etch fret, with around 120 individual ladders.  They are grouped on the fret by the following scale widths:

20 inches wide
24 inches wide
30 inches wide

The ladders come in different lengths, from 3.0mm long to 16.1mm long.  There also appears to be variations in the ladder styles.  The ladders are flat, and will need to be bent into shape. Each inclined ladder has individual treads, which (obviously) come packed flat, but can be adjusted to the proper position with a tweezers or hobby knife, once the ladder is folded into shape.

Close ups of some of the fret details.

CONCLUSIONS
There are very nicely done, and should help those modelers wishing to super-detail their Royal Navy ships.   I've used the companion USN ladder set, and found the ladders and treads easy to bend into shape.

This is INFINI Model's set IMP-35003R1, Inclined Ladder Set C (Royal Navy). They retail for $16.99, and are available from many of our sponsors. Thanks to INFINI Models for the review sample.   Recommended.
