The Russian/Soviet AK-100 100mm gun is found on the modern Neustrashimy, Udaloy I and Krivak II classes, as well on the Admiral Ushakov (-ex Kirov) battlecruiser. This single DP gun is stil in current use; the recently launched Yaroslav Mudry, a Neustrashimy class has one forward. This gun was supplanted by the AK-130 on larger combatants. (The AK-130 weighs almost x3 a AK-100) Master Model from Poland has released this set of 2 machined 100mm barrels. These barrels are much more detailed, and very slightly shorter than, the plastic barrels included in both the Trumpter Udaloy and Admiral Ushakov (-ex Kirov) kits. They are highly recommended.
This pack of barrels from Master Model is nubmered #SM-350-021 with an estimated MSRP $12.95, and should soon be available from Georgetown Hobbies, and other retailers.
