Flyhawk has released an acrylic display base for their 1/700 HMS Legion (FH1103), set FH710044, HMS Legion 1941 Display Base.  The package contains two pre-cut, engraved acrylic parts and six two part screws, enough to make one display base for HMS Legion

The Display Base

There are two pieces of acrylic in the package.   One is black, one is clear.   The black one - which is the bottom of the base - is the larger of the two pieces, and has the Flyhawk name etched into it.   The clear one is slightly smaller, and has the silhouette of Legion, as well as her name, etched into the bottom.   This way you'll see it when you put the two parts together.   Six, silver, two-part screws hold everything together.   I would suggest using caution when tightening the screws, so you don't mar or crack the acrylic.
INSTRUCTIONS
The instructions are on a single piece of paper.   They are very simple and self explanatory.
CONCLUSIONS
This display base is made specifically for Flyhawk's basic Legion kit (FH1103).   The acrylic parts are cleanly cut, and the silhouette and name of Legion are clearly etched into the base.   I think this is a very clear idea from Flyhawk, and should make an nice overall presentation with the finished model.

This is Flyhawk set FH710044, the Display Base for their HMS Legion kit. It retails for around $18.00.  Thanks to Flyhawk for the review sample.   Definitely recommended for those who like to mount their models on a base.
