We would like to introduce you to Joe. He has been assigned to serve on one of Dragons new 1/350 scale ships. Yes, I said 1/350. While he looks more like 1/35th scale, I an assure you that the Euro in the background is indeed to scale and the kit that Joe is posing on the 1/350 USS Buchanan. No fancy photoshopping here.
Dragon has a reputation for producing outstanding figures in the larger armor scales. So why should we expect anything less out of their upcoming 1/350 kits. As you can see by the image on the right, Joe is more than a flat piece of brass. He is fully 3D and has recognizable features. As his ship is readied for service Joe awaits the rest of his crew leaning on the railings. Those railings are another story as they are being developed for the Premium Edition releases of that kit. More on that later.

Joe will sail with five of his friends on future Dragon ship releases. Like Joe each with have their own personalities and will come in a variety of poses. Those details are still classified at this time, but we will update you as the news comes out.

For the last few years we here at ModelWarships.com have pulled an April Fools Day joke on our readers by showing some made up kit. This year the joke is, this no drill, this is real. A Warship Revolution is coming and the bar has just been raised as Dragon takes the lead in extreme detailing.
