Corsair Armada product review
Review by Timothy Dike
The Boeing CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter has been used by both the Navy and the Marines since the early 60's. It is used to transport troops and cargo. It is also commonly used in the vertical replenishment role supplying US Navy ships and supplementing the UNREP capabilities of supply ships.

Corsair Armada has returned with yet another Helo to add to their 1/350 line of aircraft. This one is cast with resin landing gear and two rotor hubs on a single resin sprue. The shape appears accurate and closely matches a 1/72 scale model that I have. Windows and doors are engraved into the surface.

The landing gear and rotor hub have a bit of light flash that must be trimmed away but this is easily accomplished with a sharp hobby knife. The only thing missing is this kit is the rotors.

Conclusions:

This is set #AC350-003 CH-46 (two helicopters per set) and is priced at $10.00. Another one of a kind set with nice detailing and a good price, get yours now before they are gone. These aircraft sets are limited run and will only be available for a short time. Check the Corsair Armada website for ordering details.
