| NorthStar Models has released a set of Kriegsmarine Paravanes in 1/200 scale, set NSA 350040, Kriegsmarine WW2 Paravane, Type Q.L.Q.I. Just like their 1/200 DKM Paravane set, there are enough resin and photo-etch parts to make eight Paravanes. | |||||

| THE PARTS | |||||
| There are 8 resin parts in the package. These parts are the body of the Paravane. The resin parts are nicely cast, with little or no flash. | |||||

| PHOTO-ETCH | |||||
| There is one small, very delicate photo-etch fret included, which has over 50 parts. The fret parts have relief etching. | |||||

| Instructions are a single small piece of paper. Parts are shown on one side, step by step directions to assemble a paravane are on the back. The directions are clear and easy to follow. The only thing you'll have to do is research which Kriegsmarine this style of paravane, so you can use these upgrade parts. | |||||
| CONCLUSIONS | |||||
| This a nicely done set of paravanes.
They should provide a nice upgrade from injection molded parts on your
Kriegsmarine heavy units. This is North Star Models set NSA 350040, Kriegsmarine
WW2 Paravane, Type Q.L.Q.I. The set retails for about $11.00 USD, and is
