Warship Modeler #6 is out with more great photos and features. Here is a look at what's contained within the pages.........
On the cover is Mike Czibovic's aswesome IJN Kagero in 1/200 scale. Don't worry there are more photo's in color of this and other spectacular models. Don Preul's 1/192 USS Long Beach and 1/200 SMS Goeben by both Don Preul and Steve Wiper.

There are a number of in-box kit reviews of some of the new kits on the market in resin and plastic. The reviews are very informative and well written. Photo etch and other ship related goodies are also covered including a number of Naval books.

A set of plans from the archives featuring the USS Ward as an APD. Steve points out some interesting notes on how these were drawn.

The Classic Warships photo album features the Gneisenau in several nice photos. Japanese Naval warships are covered later in the book with several nice photo's, some in color.

20 mm, twin 40 mm, 1.1", and 5" open mounts are the subject of the Historic Weapons Drawing section.

Color photos of the US Navy feature some great color shots of some of the US Navy warships.

Conclusion:

This is a must have magazine for the ship modeler, written by a Warship Modeler for Warship Modelers!
