This book is the second in a series of books covering some of the famous ships of war. This one covers the Battleship Pennsylvania from beginning to her end.
The book include a large number of photo's showing the Penn. at all times during her career from her prewar years, through her Pearl Harbor ordeal, to her modifications and upgrades. Besides the photos there are color renderings such as the one on the right showing the contrast between her 1941 Pearl Harbor appearance and her 1945 late war fit.

There are some really nice drawings in 1/500 scale that show her in plan and elevation such as the 1935 views shown on the right.
Her reconstruction is well documented in photo's and text showing the many changes she underwent during her career.
This 8-1/4" x 11" soft book has 44 pages and is a great resource for anyone who is interested in the Pennsylvania. This would be a great resource for anyone wanting to convert that Banner Arizona to a Pennsylvania. At only $7.95 US it is a great value to the modeler and warship enthusiast alike.
