Modelarstwo #33

Reviewed March 2013

Here's a look at one of the older Polish Ship Modeling Magazine Modelarstwo issues. This one came out 2 years ago, but still features some great reference material. Below are some sample page images to give you an idea of what is in this issue. The images area sharp and clear and feature a variety of subjects such as the British Cruiser and the Galleta Gigna. The latter featured as a step by step build and backed up with a large double A1 plan sheet. Also featured is the Japanese Battleship Yashima from 1897 drawn in 1/400 scale with plan, elevation, and deck section views.

Royal Navy fans will appreciate the 3D Submarine Walrus from the ships equipment section. Nicely modeled and rendered in full color!
CONCLUSIONS

While most of you probably don't read Polish, this well illustrated magazine is still a great value. The detailed drawings and illustrations are reason enough to subscribe or at least order back issues like this one.
