Polish Ship Modeling Magazine Modelarstwo issue number 64 is out. This one features plans for the Polish patrol boat OP-204 (German R-boat), drawn in 1/72 scale on a large fold out sheet. Inside are plans for Austrian Hungarian Ironclad ship from 1895 SMS Tegetthoff in 1/400 scale.

In 3D ship equipment section Japanese twin 152 mm turrets for the Agano class cruisers are nicely rendered from a multitude of angles. Color profiles of the  American Casablanca-class escort carrier feature USS Savo Island CVE-78, USS Petrof Bay CVE-80, and USS Shipley Bay CVE-85. 

An article on the USS Iowa features photos, line drawings of a 1945 and 84 Iowa, and a cool 44 color profile.

There are more photos including new product reviews and model photos to enjoy. 
CONCLUSIONS

This magazine is yet another helpful resource for the ship modeler. The photos and plans offer something for all kinds of modelers. The illustrations are first class and having the plans is a big bonus!

While most of you probably don't read Polish, this well illustrated magazine is still a great value. The detailed drawings and illustrations are reason enough to subscribe or at least order back issues like this one.
