Polish Ship Modeling Magazine Modelarstwo issue number 60 is out. This one features plans for the Australian Bathurst-class corvette HMAS "WALLAROO" drawn up in 1/100 scale. The sheet is A1 size 23" x 33" (594 x 841 mm ). Also on an A1 sheet is the German Merchant Submarine "DEUTSCHLAND" from 1916 and the Submarine U-155 from 1917.

Another plan drawing features Italian ironclad warship "Affondatore" drawn up in 1/400 scale showing her in 1866-67. Both line drawings show rigging, one shows sails as well. A Japanese 12 m cutter typical of those found on  IJN warships is covered in the 3D ship equipments section. These include line drawings as well as the colorful renderings. 

The Casablanca-class escort carriers are included with full color profiles. The first part: USS "Casablanca" CVE-55 show the ship in 1944 and 45 camouflage. Color plan and profile of the USS Boise in 1942 is also included.

There are more photos including new product reviews and model photos to enjoy. 
CONCLUSIONS

This magazine is yet another helpful resource for the ship modeler. The photos and plans offer something for all kinds of modelers. The illustrations are first class and having the plans is a big bonus!

While most of you probably don't read Polish, this well illustrated magazine is still a great value. The detailed drawings and illustrations are reason enough to subscribe or at least order back issues like this one.
