This is an electronic composite of four photos of the USS Jimmy Carter. Although somewhat distorted, it gives the viewer an idea of the panorama of the scene on Commissioning Day.  Note that in the right center area, the smallest US Navy nuclear submarine, the NR-1 is visible at its dock.
