ModelWarships.com is a free site with no subscription cost. Our costs are offset slightly by the money or products receive by the manufacturers and suppliers that advertise on the front page. These are our sponsors and we encourage modelers to do business with them and show their support. We charge between $120.00 to $250.00 per year for front page banner space on our front page, payable in cash. In addition companies can send their products in to be featured in our montly reviews.
Any ship related products are welcome including kits, accessories, reference
material or related services. I try to be clear on where the products come
from so that our reader are aware of a possible bias. I don't restrict
our reviews to products that have been submitted, as I will review any
and all ship related items that I can get my hands on. We also accept reviews
submitted by our readers, providing they have no connection to the products
they review unless it is made clear in the review. Also we can not accept
reviews by manufacturers of their own products. Manufacturers may send
press releases and previews of their products providing they are sponsors
of the website. If I have a connection with a product that I am reviewing
I will disclose it in the article itself.
